Our heroine left her job in graphic design and devoted herself to embroidery. As it turned out, needlework was her real passion.

Jennifer Riggs worked as a graphic designer. In 2014, in her life, there was a move and a new job. After a while, Jennifer realized that the new responsibilities did not really inspire her. Then our heroine tried to embroider, "combining her knowledge of fine art, modern aesthetics and the type of needlework that has existed for many centuries." “Embroidery turned out to be my real passion,” says Jennifer. “As soon as I took it up, something seemed to click.”
Our heroine opened her store on Etsy and began to exhibit her works there: these are embroidered clothes, paintings, decorative panels. She quit her previous job and devoted herself to embroidery. At first, according to Jennifer, she often had to overcome uncertainty and fear. "Perhaps my store is not the most popular or I have not so many buyers, but that does not mean that I should stop trying," she recalls. Today, Jennifer collaborates with brands and artists and maintains her website, and in October her first book on embroidery is published in the USA.

"
