Burda archives exhibited on Gogolevsky Boulevard

From November 1 to 30, 2017 in the center of Moscow on Gogolevsky Boulevard there will be a photo exhibition "Fashion Through Time" dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Burda magazine in Russia.

The first issue of the legendary Burda magazine in Russian was published in 1987 - a great opportunity to look into the history of fashion of the second half of the twentieth century.
In our photo project, images of past years come to life, many of which are still relevant. The magical silhouettes of Christian Dior and the elegant outfits of Hubert de Givenchy, the innovative models of Yves Saint Laurent and Mary Quant, the rebellious hippie fashion will not leave anyone indifferent! More than a hundred unique photographs, including vintage models from Burda magazine and photos from Enna Burda’s personal archive, fascinating fashion stories - the visitors of the photo exhibition will have an exciting journey into the fashion world, which, according to the founder of our magazine, “gives everyone equal chances and equal freedom” .
