Make-up remover is a mandatory procedure that must be performed every evening, even if on this day you used a minimum of makeup or even dispensed with it.
LOTIONS, TONICS and K °
Pros: due to their transparent and light consistency, they gently cleanse the skin of grease and cosmetics. Always leave a pleasant feeling of freshness. These delicate fluids are based on acid solutions and are virtually oil free, so they are suitable for all skin types.
Cons: they do not easily dissolve mascara and are not designed to remove waterproof cosmetics, which means you can not do without an additional make-up remover. When buying a lotion, tonic or micellar water, you need to carefully study the composition: if an alcohol base is present in it, then this remedy is contraindicated for mature, dry skin.
GELS
Pros: deeply cleanse the skin, freeing it from sebaceous secretion and opening clogged pores, as well as tone and refresh the face. Due to their matting properties, these products are recommended for owners of oily and combination skin.
Cons: gels do not always remove traces of mascara, pencils and waterproof cosmetics. For skin prone to dryness, they may be too rough.
OIL
Pros: dissolve even the most stable cosmetics, including waterproof ones.In addition, oils soften the skin, restore its elasticity and eliminate discomfort. Ideal for all skin types, especially in winter.
Cons: after using oils, experts recommend washing or rubbing your face with lotion.
MILK & CREAM
Pros: contain a large number of nutrients and moisturizers that are indispensable for the skin in cold weather. The composition of milk and make-up creams includes fats, thanks to which mascara and long-lasting cosmetics are erased without much difficulty. These products are especially suitable for owners of dry and sensitive skin, and are also ideal for use after 40 years.
Cons: after the cream, a sticky feeling may remain, so you want to wash or wipe your face with tonic. Not all products are intended for oily and problematic skin types.
