Asia, Europe, Africa, America - everything was mixed in the collection of Raf Simons, the chief designer of the Dior House. Fashionable multiculturalism in the most visual form!
This time we will show you suitable models from the Christian Dior Couture Fall / Winter 2013–2014 collection (Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week).
Four continents, four different cultures, four different types: Parisian strict and American sports styles, African ethnicity and Asian architectonics ... Parisian silk scarves around the neck and gloves, African beadwork and bright graphics, American energy and simplicity, kimono elements in modern dresses ... Fashionable Dior told us about the whole world in his collection!
And also femininity, sexuality and grace of a cat. Raf Simons boldly deals with transparent fabrics and deep corsages. Bares body parts thanks to completely unthinkable draperies, cuts and cuts.
And as always, the models of the Dior collection are distinguished by simplicity and grace, new solutions and impeccable cut, as well as a mix of materials and finishes.
Cross strips embroidered with beads turn into diagonal ones on a year. Structural lacquer fabrics resemble the skin of a snake, and a woman in a tight-fitting dress made of such fabric becomes a particularly dangerous "predator" of the big city. Translucent fabrics are almost completely embroidered with beads. The classic simple cut is combined with unique transparent fabrics woven with dense shiny patterns. Parisian silk drapery and gloves are combined with an almost "fishing" net. Details of a strict business suit are complemented by a transparent lower skirt that is larger than a mini skirt over it. An elegant and slightly carelessly worn dress with graceful drapery is worn with an "African" necklace and boots, on top of which is a bracelet. And the complicated drapery, which replaces the whole details of the toilet, - and it is not clear whether a needle and thread were needed for it.
And in addition to this - medieval styles and modern pleats, ethnic jewelry and hi-tech fabrics, a mix of incredible patterns with a predominance of stripes and stripes, as well as a complex, but perfect cut.
